Terms of Service

The rules for using CreatorOS: your account, your content, what AI output is and is not, how plans and credits work, and how publishing to your channels works.

1.The agreement

These Terms are a contract between you and Sagitara, operated by Võ Văn Khôi (“we”, “us”), the operator of CreatorOS. By ticking the box to agree and signing in, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use CreatorOS for a company or another organization, you confirm you may accept these Terms for it.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2.Your account

  • You sign in with a Google account. You must be at least 13 years old, or older where your country requires it, and allowed to use YouTube and the other services you connect.
  • Your first sign-in creates your organization and a workspace on the Free plan. Each account belongs to one person. Keep access to your Google account secure, because whoever controls it controls your CreatorOS account.
  • Tell us at support@sagitara.net if you believe someone else has used your account.

3.What the service does

CreatorOS helps you plan, produce and publish videos with AI. You give it an idea, a script, pictures, clips or a link. It writes the script, casts characters and voices, makes pictures and clips, and puts together the narration, subtitles and music. It then renders the video so you can watch it and publish it to a channel you have connected. Playlists can run as series on a schedule.

We change and improve the service over time. Some features are marked beta. They may change or stop without notice, and you use them at your own risk.

4.Your content

You keep ownership of what you bring to CreatorOS: your text, pictures, clips, voice samples and links. The same goes for the videos, scripts and other material the service makes for you (“Output”), as far as the law and the terms of the AI models used allow.

You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process, transform and transmit your content and Output. This licence is only for running the service for you. For example, we send a prompt to the AI model you chose, store a render, or upload a video to your channel when you ask. The licence ends when your content is deleted, except for copies we must keep by law.

You are responsible for having the rights to everything you bring in. That includes:

  • stories, chapters or scripts written by other people
  • videos you link to, retell, cut or re-voice
  • music
  • a real person’s face or voice

The service may ask you to confirm your rights before it uses someone else’s material. Confirming when you do not hold the rights breaks these Terms.

5.Acceptable use

You agree not to use CreatorOS to:

  • infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights, including re-uploading other people’s videos or stories without permission;
  • make content that impersonates a real person or shows them saying or doing things they did not, without their consent, or that misleads people about real events;
  • make sexual content involving minors, content that sexualizes real people without consent, or content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, hate or harassment;
  • make spam, scams, fake engagement, or mass-produced content meant to game a platform’s rules;
  • get around plan limits, credits or security measures, reverse-engineer the service, or access it by automated means we have not provided;
  • break the rules of the platforms you publish to. This includes the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube’s rule that realistic altered or synthetic content must be disclosed.

AI models also apply their own safety filters, so some requests will be refused whatever these Terms say.

6.AI output

  • AI output can be wrong, odd or similar to output made for other people. Review everything before you publish it. You are responsible for what you publish.
  • Output from the same input can differ every time. A result that failed or that you did not like may still have used credits, because the AI provider charged for the attempt.
  • Your prompts and material are sent to the AI provider that runs the model you chose, under that provider’s terms. Our Privacy Policy names these providers.

7.Connected platforms and the browser extension

You can connect YouTube and other channels. CreatorOS uses YouTube API Services, so by connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Each platform has its own terms, limits and review rules. We do not control them, and a platform may refuse, limit or remove your content.

CreatorOS publishes to a channel only when you ask. This means either pressing publish yourself, or turning on publishing for a playlist schedule you set up. You can disconnect a channel at any time.

The optional CreatorOS Bridge browser extension is a beta feature on paid plans. It runs jobs in your own browser, in services where you are already signed in with your own account (such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Google Flow). Those services’ terms apply to that use, and you are responsible for following them, including their usage limits.

8.Plans, credits and payment

  • Plans. The Free plan has no charge. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. Each plan’s limits are shown when you choose it. They include channels, video length, resolution, render minutes, storage, scheduled playlists and renders running at once.
  • Credits. AI work is paid in Credits, and 1 Credit is worth 1 US dollar. Before a step starts, the service shows what it is expected to cost. Credits are taken as the work is done.
  • Included credit. A paid plan includes an AI allowance for each monthly period. It is used before your own Credits, and whatever is left expires at the end of the period. The Free plan’s starter credit is given once.
  • Top-ups. Credits you buy are prepaid and are not refundable as money, except where the law requires it.
  • Changing plans. You can switch plans now or at the end of the period. If you switch now, the unused part of the old plan is credited to your wallet after a 2% change fee, and the new plan is charged for the days left. The plan-change screen shows the exact amounts before you confirm.
  • Payment. Payments are handled by our payment partners, such as Stripe, PayPal, VNPay and MoMo, and the currency depends on the method. Prices do not include taxes unless stated.
  • Late payment. If a renewal cannot be charged, we may move you to the Free plan or pause paid features until it is paid.

9.Limits and storage

Plan limits are enforced. When your storage is full, nothing new can be made until you free some space or upgrade. We may also slow down or pause use that puts the service or other users at risk. Keep your own copies of anything important. CreatorOS is a production tool, not an archive, and plans may set how long stored media is kept.

10.Suspension and ending

You can stop using CreatorOS and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, that a platform or rights holder reports with good reason, or where the law requires it. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

After an account closes, we delete its content within a reasonable time, except for what we must keep by law, such as invoices.

11.Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we make no promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will bring views, subscribers or income. We also make no promise that AI output is accurate, original or fit for any particular purpose.

12.Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or channel standing. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13.Indemnity

You will cover our reasonable costs if a third party brings a claim against us because of your content, what you published, or your breach of these Terms.

14.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the service and cancel your plan.

15.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes go to the competent courts there, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them at home.
