Privacy Policy
This Policy explains what CreatorOS collects when you use it, why, who processes it on our behalf, how we use data from your YouTube channel, and the choices you have.
1.Who we are
CreatorOS is operated by Sagitara, operated by Võ Văn Khôi, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (“we”, “us”). We decide how and why your personal data is used for the service. For any privacy question or request, write to support@sagitara.net.
2.What we collect
Your account
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile picture and Google account ID. We ask only for openid, email and profile. We do not receive or store a password, because CreatorOS has none. We also record when you agreed to the Terms and this Policy.
Channels you connect
When you connect a YouTube channel, you grant access on Google’s consent screen, and we store an access token for that channel. With it we read:
- the channel’s name, picture and subscriber count;
- your videos and playlists with their statistics;
- YouTube Analytics reports such as views, watch time and traffic sources;
- estimated revenue, only if you allow it;
- comments on your videos.
When you ask us to, we upload videos, thumbnails, captions and playlist entries, and post comment replies. Other channels you connect are handled the same way, within the access you grant.
What you create
Ideas, scripts, links, pictures, clips, voice samples and music you add. Also the material made from them: characters, scene pictures, clips, narration, subtitles and rendered videos. Plus your playlists, schedules and settings.
Billing
Your plan, invoices, Credits and how they were used. Card and wallet details are entered with our payment partners. We receive only the result and, for saved methods, a reference such as the card brand and last four digits.
Technical data
IP address, browser and device information, sign-in sessions, security events, error logs and how features are used. This keeps the service secure and working.
The browser extension, if you install it
A label for the paired browser, the email of the browser profile it runs in, and the status and results of the jobs it runs for you. The extension acts only on the sites it is built for (ChatGPT, Gemini and Google Flow) and only for jobs you started.
3.How we use it
- To provide the service: signing you in, making and rendering your videos, syncing channel statistics, publishing when you ask, and showing costs and limits.
- To bill you: charging plans and top-ups, keeping invoices, and handling refunds.
- To keep it safe: preventing abuse and fraud (for example, repeat sign-ups for free credit), protecting accounts, and investigating problems.
- To improve it: using aggregated, de-identified usage figures. We do not use your content or your YouTube data to train AI models.
- To talk to you: sending messages about your account, payments, renewals and changes to these documents. We send no marketing email unless you opt in.
We use your data because we need it to perform our contract with you, because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and working, because the law requires it, or because you consented, as each case requires.
4.YouTube API Services
CreatorOS uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
- We use YouTube data only to show you your own channel’s figures, to publish and update what you ask, and to help you answer comments.
- We do not sell YouTube data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the processors listed below, and only to provide these features.
- You can remove CreatorOS’s access at any time in your Google Account security settings. You can also disconnect the channel in CreatorOS. Disconnecting deletes the stored tokens for that channel.
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
5.Who processes your data
We share data only with service providers that work for us, and only for the purpose they serve:
- AI model providers. When a step runs, the prompt and the material it needs are sent to the provider of the model chosen for it, depending on the model. These include Google (Gemini, Veo), OpenAI, ByteDance’s BytePlus ModelArk (Seedream, Seedance) and voice providers.
- Payment partners. Stripe, PayPal, VNPay and MoMo, for the payment method you use.
- Infrastructure. Our hosting, storage, network and security providers.
- Platforms you connect. YouTube and others receive what you publish to them.
We may also disclose data when the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business. In a merger or sale, this Policy keeps applying to your data. We do not sell personal data.
6.International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
7.How long we keep it
- We keep account and workspace data for as long as your account is open.
- Stored media follows your plan’s storage rules. You can delete it yourself at any time.
- Channel tokens are deleted when you disconnect the channel or close your account.
- We keep invoices and payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- We keep security logs for a limited period, then delete them.
- After you close your account, we delete or anonymize the rest within a reasonable time.
8.Security
Data travels over encrypted connections. Channel access tokens are encrypted at rest. Access inside the service is limited by organization, workspace and role. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
9.Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access, correct, export or delete your personal data;
- object to or restrict its use;
- withdraw consent;
- complain to your data protection authority.
Some of these you can do in the app: edit your profile, disconnect channels and delete content. For anything else, including closing your account, write to support@sagitara.net. We answer within the time the law allows, and may need to confirm it is you first.
10.Children
CreatorOS is not meant for anyone under 13, or under the age of digital consent in their country. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
12.Changes to this Policy
If we change this Policy, we update the date at the top. If a change matters, we tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. The Terms of Service explain the rest of our agreement.
